We gladly accept custom orders, but all payment must be received in full before work will begin. Custom orders will be cancelled in 2 weeks if they are not purchased.

Custom sign design services can be purchased under the Services category. Sign designs are limited to 3 rounds of revisions.

These items are for serious adult collectors only - THEY ARE NOT EDIBLE! They are collectibles made for indoor display and decorative purposes only. They are not toys and should not be given to small children as they pose a choking hazard. Made in a smoke-free home studio.

Items are not designed for outdoor display. Fabric items should not be washed.

Please be sure to read each listing carefully for everything that is included and the size, measured in inches. If you have any questions about the item, please don't hesitate to convo me before purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, let me know within 3 days of receiving it and retain all packaging so I can file a damage claim. You may be asked to take photos. You will be issued a full refund.

If you change your mind and wish to return your order, I will refund you for the price of the item, less initial and return shipping charges, once I receive the return. The item must be returned in its original condition within 30 days and include delivery tracking/confirmation.

I only accept order cancellations if the item has not yet shipped

Please note that due to COVID-19, extreme weather and changes at the USPS, packages are experiencing delays in transit. Tracking information is provided to you, so please closely monitor the progress of your shipment and allow up to 4 weeks for transit time. Your patience is greatly appreciated!

While we ship all orders of IN STOCK items within 1-3 business days, we cannot guarantee actual delivery time. Made to order items require 3-4 weeks for production. Estimated delivery times are provided but ultimately the timeframe is dictated by the carrier.

Marking an item as a gift at checkout means the receipt included in your order will not include any prices. Marking as a gift does not mean I supply gift wrapping or special packaging, nor that the item can be marked as a gift for customs purposes on international orders.

Gift wrap and a note to the recipient can be provided for a nominal additional charge - please convo me for information prior to purchase.

As a seller based in the United States, I am not responsible for any VAT/customs fees that may be related to to your international order.

I will not honor requests to falsify customs forms with a low declared value or mark an item as a "gift" in order to circumvent customs fees.

Any such requests to falsify customs information will result in immediate cancellation of the order.

Most items ship via USPS First Class Mail, as it is the most affordable option, but you have the opportunity to upgrade shipping at checkout to Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express.

PLEASE NOTE: Upgraded shipping does NOT shorten production time on made-to-order items.

All orders are sent with tracking. As the buyer, it’s important that you retain this information to monitor tracking through the USPS with the number that is provided to you when your order ships. Please note that all shipping estimates are provided by the USPS and I can't guarantee delivery dates.

If your package is confirmed delivered by the USPS tracking system and you don't have it, please check with neighbors, other members of the household, and your local mail carrier.

Please let me know within 3 days of your delivery date if you can't locate your package, and I will do my best to help you find it. Anything after this time frame must be directed to your local post office for assistance.

All made-to-order miniatures will be created and shipped in approximately 2-3 weeks. Due to the availability of certain supplies, some minor substitutions may be made in the creation of made-to-order miniatures, but I do my best to ensure they look as similar as possible to the pictured item.

I offer a number of personalized items. For items with last names, I follow these guidelines for proper pluralization:

- If your last name ends with "s, x, z, ch, sh," an "es" is added to the end of your name.
- If your last name ends with any other letter (including "y"), only an "s" is added to the end of your name. Never any apostrophes, unless it is to make your last name possessive.
